Method 1: Retrieve Archive
You may not know this, but Twitter always archives the tweets of its users, and these tweets can be easily accessed in a few simple steps. The first thing you have to do is log in to your Twitter account, then click on your profile to get to the “Settings and privacy” section. Click the Account section and open your Twitter data next, on doing this, you would be asked to enter your password once more.
When you get to this stage, you should see the “Request archive” button. Once you click on this, an email would be sent to you with all your tweets in a zipped folder.
This method is quite straightforward and easy to do.
Method 2: Wayback Machine
This is an online service that stores all the data on a website right up to when it was formed. The only thing you have to do is type the web address to see the deleted tweets. The search results for this site are usually shown in the calendar format. All you would have to do is click on a date, and you would be taken back to Twitter. If you are logged in on the site, you would be able to see your deleted tweets.

Method 3. Snapbird (No Longer Available)
This cool website allows you to view someone’s timeline, tweets mentioning you, their likes, and their tweets. It is a wonderful tool that would enable you to see deleted tweets just by entering the username of the person. The only drawback is some tweets mentioning you can only be seen using the premium feature.
