we looked properly before writing this. the europe and usa pricing pages, the faq hub, the 'about esims' faq category and the terms and conditions. clause 6.3 is the only place fair use appears, and it says a plan's 'data coverage and speed may be subject to a network service provider's fair use policy' and that the carrier 'reserves its right to impose restrictions or limitations on data usage or speed if your usage is deemed excessive or if it negatively impacts the network performance of other users'. there is no gigabyte figure and no speed anywhere on the site.

that matters more here than it would elsewhere, because holafly sells no fixed-gb plans at all. every product it offers is an unlimited plan, so 'unlimited' is the whole proposition, and the terms defining it are 'excessive' and 'negatively impacts'. by contrast ubigi tells you 60gb, saily 5gb a day, nomad 2gb a day.
