Virtua.Cloud
the hermes-specialist host that is actually a hosting company — french, running since 2015, with real hermes tooling.
the best of the specialized hosts by a distance — a decade-old company with a hermes-specific installer and updater — at a price that is merely fair rather than good.
most hosts that market themselves on hermes appeared this year and disclose nothing about who runs them. virtua.cloud is the exception: a french hosting company operating since 2015, with datacenters in paris, lille, frankfurt, amsterdam and fremont, and a legal entity you can actually look up.
the hermes tooling is real rather than a landing-page claim — a guided installer, an update helper that preserves your configuration across upgrades, and a bundled gateway covering twenty-plus messaging platforms with shared memory and a local dashboard.
the description above is ours, condensed from the ranking. pricing moves — check it on the vendor's own page before you rely on it.
